We monitor the weather in real time and dispatch our crews when snow accumulation hits 1.75 inches or more. Seasonal customers are prioritized first. We rotate the route each snowfall for fairness to all customers. We clear driveways, sidewalks, and porches promptly—usually before you leave for work.
